Career Roadmap · Enroute

Jeeva Ramachandran has drawn the road — and he’s already on it

A first-generation graduate and Asia Book of Records holder from a village near Karur, mapping the route to an international career — with the milestones behind him verified and the ones ahead committed to in public.

The Destination · Stated Publicly
A first international role in consumer goods within three years — proving a first-generation graduate from a village with no bus route can lead on a global stage.
Route: 2026 → 2029  ·  Status: Enroute
Why I’m Driving This Road

“From childhood I wanted to be recognised for something unique. I didn’t know the field — only that I would not let my surroundings decide my ceiling.”

I taught myself English two or three words a day, became the first graduate in my family, and earned a place in the Asia Book of Records. The road ahead is global: I want to work abroad — to learn another culture, sharpen how I communicate, and carry that perspective back to students in villages like mine.

A hundred people may say it can’t be done. I would rather drive on and smile than wonder later why I didn’t.

Editor’s Note · Why a Roadmap, not a Story
This page is published as a Career Roadmap (Professionals → Aspirant). Jeeva’s achievements to date are India-based, with early international exposure and an Asia Book of Records recognition. We feature the route — verified where evidence exists, self-reported where it rests on his account, and clearly committed where it’s still ahead. The roadmap stays live and advances as milestones are reached.
