The dancer from New Albany was one of the 60 talented high school seniors and budding artists who were honored with the US Presidential Scholars Program. She attained outstanding prowess in five different dance forms including classical Indian dance.

BBC Studios has greenlit the adaptation of their successful show, Sherlock Holmes in India. According to reports, Kay Kay Menon will play the iconic detective while Ranvir Shorey will portray Dr John Watson.

Since she was a kid, singer Palak Mucchal uses earnings from her stage shows to sponsor heart surgeries. She has sponsored over 2,200 heart surgeries for needy kids making her way into the Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of World Records.
