The Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav – an annual event organised by the ministry of culture kickstarts this month in Mumbai and Bikaner. It will be moving to different cities across India attracting a large number of artists and spectators.

Oscar-winning director Asif Kapadia, who is the guest curator for the 2022 Sheffield DocFest, has selected eight films that inspired him, including When We Were Kings, about Muhammad Ali. Kapadia is best known for his documentary 'Amy', about Amy Winehouse.
